You may prefer to have work carried out on a DAYWORK basis for items or jobs you wish to instruct craftsmen direct, (this is very popular for machine guards or removal of existing systems). Daywork rates are quoted on request. When designing or manufacturing, the fastest way possible is a must. Using the latest Cad design software this can be achieved. When designing a new system or layouts the drawings can be supplied to you in AutoCAD format to give you a perfect vision of the item or layout required. What if you already have the drawings but need them in AutoCAD ?. Then send the drawings and we will put them into AutoCAD. If you have the drawings on computer then send them or E-mail them to RP Air Movement in DXF format / AutoCAD format and they can put them onto the CAD ready for manufacturing if required. Whatever you require, RP Air Movement can supply it. |
Installation / Maintenance / Repair |
When the system or component has been designed, quoted, approved and manufactured, the installation is undertaken by RP Air Movement's skilled engineers. Our engineers are also able to repair or replace faulty equipment; fans, dampers, heater batteries, etc, and maintain/service systems (changing filters, cleaning & lubricating). To complete the package RP Air Movement sub-contract skilled tradesmen, (who have been known to them for many years), able to meet the high standards they set themselves. Those working under the company banner include:- ELECTRICIANS, PIPEFITTERS, LAGGERS and REFRIGERATION ENGINEERS. Having problems with AIR MOVEMENT (local exhaust velocity) not meeting HEALTH & SAFETY REG's ? We can deal with them. Checking air flow readings, system operation and temperature control etc, to make necessary repair or alterations. When work is complete, certified L.E.V. readings can be supplied at a small additional cost. (These are also taken every year in the future). |
